We are an interior window treatment company with years of experience (decades if you count carpentry experience!).

WHO WE ARE– Joe and Christine are a husband/wife team that runs and co-own Florida Blind Company. Christine handles the marketing, admin, and accounting, while Joe handles communication and installation. If the opportunity presents itself both Joe and Christine like to tag team in-home consultations and installations. We are a great team and complement each other with our strengths and weaknesses.
WHERE WE SERVICE– Central Florida! This includes Orlando, The Villages, Lake Nona, Sanford, and everywhere in between! If you are outside the area, you can still give us a call and we’ll see what we can do!
PRODUCTS WE OFFER– Plantation Shutters are our specialty as are custom blinds. We also do roller shades both interior and in lanais.

FUN FACTS– We moved to Florida 5 years ago and LOVE it! Christine grew up in New Jersey and Joe in Michigan, so we were done with the cold! Our favorite thing is to spend time at the beach with our 3 kiddos.

Not necessarily! We always encouraged our potential customers to be present at the initial measure, but we understand that sometimes schedules don’t allow that. We can get the measurements then send you LOTS of pictures via email to help you make a decision!
Our plantation shutters are completely custom, which means the pricing is custom. We offer a FREE in-home estimate at your convenience!
As of June 2023, our shutters are currently running 3-6 weeks from ordering to installation!
Depending on the size of the job, our average install time is 2-3 hours for 5 shutters.
